Forest Harmony – Level 2

In Oslo, Norway we have recently started with a nice mini forest retreat that consists of QiGong exercises, some light breathwork, Heart, Brain & Energy Center Coherence meditations and a Loving Kindness meditation. It is a great way to align if you do this in the beautiful Norwegian forests. You can find the details of what the program entails down here in the different videos.

Please join us at one of our practises sometimes and connect to yourself, the Norwegian nature and other like interested people, we charge 150 NOK for a 3.5 hour program, you can pay in the beginning of the event either in cash or with vipps. You can download the coming videos in sound format (mp3) or video format (mp4) through this website. Put the youtube link of the video you want to download in the field, select the format and off you go. In this way you can put them on your phone or home computer and don’t need internet to play them.

You can do this great routine at home alone which will be hugely beneficial. But it might be even more fun and aligning to do it in nature and/or with a group of like interested people. Happy exploring.
