What can be interesting to try out is to see if you can connect to certain star races through frequencies in the form of music. Personally I have had some interesting dream encounters after listening to these musical attunements to the Arcturians.

This first video contains 6 different songs. They recommend doing a daily meditation with them for 7 or 21 days so you can train your system to their frequencies. And then see what might happen in the process.

And here is a bit longer video with one song on repeat. Also some great frequencies to bathe in and see what happens. You can put it on while going to bed and let it play for a couple of hours or do a shorter meditation with it.

Make sure you won’t get adds by installing some addblock plugins for youtube so you won’t get disturbed by interruptions while you are listening to this.

This third video again with 6 songs is a great one also connecting people to the Arcturian knowledge and wisdom.

And if if these three videos don’t resonate that much, there is a lot more available online if you look for Arcturian Music / Arcturian Frequencies etc. See if you can find something that resonates and then work with that and try this out for yourself. Happy exploring!
