What can be interesting to try out is to connect through certain star races through music. Personally I have had some interesting dream encounters after listening to these musical attunements.

This first video contains of 6 different songs. They recommend doing a daily meditation with them for 7 or 21 days so you can train your system to their frequencies. And then see what might happen.

And here is a bit longer video with one song on repeat. Also some great frequencies to bathe in and see what happens. Can be used to put on while going to bed and let it play for a couple of hours or do a shorter meditation with it.

It can be smart to make sure you won’t get adds by for example installing using some addblock plugins with this.

This is a great one also connecting people to the Arcturian knowledge and wisdom.

And if if these three videos don’t resonate that much, there is a lot more available online if you look for Arcturian Music / Arcturian Frequencies etc. See if you can find something that resonates and then work with that and try this out for yourself.
