Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique by Dolores Cannon

QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, a hypnosis and healing method developed by the late Dolores Cannon, a past-life regression therapist and author of numerous books on spirituality, metaphysics, and extraterrestrial life.

She started of as a reincarnation therapist but started to work with bigger energies and her method evolved into what she then called QHHT.

Through this method people can connect to past lives but also to lives they might have lived on other planets as other intelligent species. Beings that we from our human perspective would call extraterrestrials. Here she explains her QHHT method in her own words.

While she started as a past life regression therapist her method expanded over the decades. QHHT now has 5 parts to it.

Past-Life Regression
The core of QHHT involves guiding a subject into a deep trance state to access memories of past lives. Cannon believed that many present-day physical, emotional, or psychological issues have roots in past-life experiences.
The Subconscious (Higher Self / Oversoul)
In QHHT, the “Subconscious” is not the Freudian subconscious but rather what Cannon described as the Higher Self or the part of consciousness that knows everything about the individual’s soul journey. It is considered all-knowing, compassionate, and capable of providing healing and answers.
Healing through Information
Once connected to the “Subconscious,” the practitioner asks it questions on behalf of the client, seeking the root cause of an issue. The Subconscious is believed to provide explanations and can initiate physical, emotional, or spiritual healing instantaneously or over time.
Access to the “Life Review” and “Akashic Records”
Clients may reportedly access what mystics call the Akashic Records—a universal archive of all events, thoughts, and experiences—to gain insight into their soul’s purpose, relationships, and life lessons.
Experiences Beyond Past Lives
Some sessions reportedly involve contact with extraterrestrial beings, spirit guides, or visits to other realms and dimensions, reflecting Cannon’s interest in ET phenomena and multidimensional reality.

She has written several interesting books on the topic of life on other planets, extraterrestrials and how advanced souls have started incarnating on planet earth.

In The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth (2011), Dolores describes the call that went out for volunteers to help the Earth as a result of the atomic bombs that were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.

The first wave of volunteers that came were the “way showers” and certainly had the most challenging time as they plowed the route those who came after would follow.

The second wave act as antennas of energy, their job is to simply exist and affect those around them.

Third wave volunteers, many of the children with incredible talents, abilities and memories, are literally the gift to the world. They possess the knowledge and wisdom that will help humanity complete the transition and overcome the many obstacles that lie ahead.
