The Law of One is a channeled text from an extraterrestrial being named “Ra”.
The materials explain the evolution of consciousness over 7 densities. It gives an interesting viewpoint of what our reality of humanity, the 3rd density moving to the 4th is about and how it relates to the other densities as well.
The material itself can be a bit dry and therefore difficult to get through but it is freely available for those that want to read the original source materials.
